Surfing in Morocco starts here at Taghazout Surf Villa. Welcome to our Terms and Conditions, which provide essential information regarding bookings, payments, cancellations, and participation in our surf programs. By reserving your stay or joining our surf adventures, you agree to follow these policies to ensure a safe, smooth, and enjoyable experience for everyone. Whether you are attending a surf camp, yoga retreat, or all-inclusive Moroccan adventure, our terms are designed to offer clarity, confidence, and peace of mind while you embrace the thrill of the waves.
1. Booking and Payments
1.1. All reservations are subject to availability.
1.2. A deposit of 30% of the total booking cost is required to confirm a reservation. The balance must be paid at least 14 days prior to check-in.
1.3. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, online payment platforms, or in cash.
1.4. Cash payments are accepted in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) or Euros (€) and must be made upon arrival or as agreed during booking.
1.5. Guests paying in cash are eligible for a 5% discount on the total booking cost. This discount applies only to payments made in full upon arrival
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1. Cancellations made 30 days before check-in are eligible for a full refund.
2.2. Cancellations made between 14 and 29 days before check-in will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
2.3. Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in are non-refundable.
2.4. Refunds are processed within 7 business days.
3. Check-in and Check-out at Taghazout Surf Villa
3.1. Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
3.2. Late check-outs may be arranged upon request and are subject to availability and additional charges.
4. Guest Conduct
4.1. Guests must respect the property, staff, and other guests.
4.2. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
4.3. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
5. Liability and Damages
5.1. Guests are responsible for any damages to the property or its contents caused during their stay.
5.2. The Surf Villa is not liable for personal injuries, loss, or theft of personal belongings. Guests are encouraged to secure valuables.
6. Activities and Services
6.1. All activities, including surfing lessons and nature hikes, are undertaken at the guest’s own risk.
6.2. Guests must inform staff of any medical conditions or dietary restrictions before participating in activities or meals.
6.3. Activity schedules may change due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
7. Pets
7.1. Pets are not allowed unless agreed upon in advance. Service animals are welcome.
8. Environmental Responsibility
8.1. Guests are encouraged to conserve water and electricity.
8.2. Towels and linens will be replaced upon request or every 3 days for extended stays.
9. Governing Law
9.1. Taghazout Surf Villa Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Morocco
10. Changes to Terms
10.1 Taghazout Surf Villa reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Guests will be notified of changes in advance.
